Opnroad needs someone to help manage our clients from day to day customer communication and deal pipeline management to scheduling and administrative support. It is a dynamic role that requires someone who is well organized, structured, process driven, enjoys managing multiple moving pieces and keeping everything in order.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • ​Client communication and support. 
  • ​Client project management. 
  • ​Managing appointment bookings, calendars and scheduling. 
  • Updating CRM and data entry. 
  • ​Managing and responding to multiple email accounts. 
  • ​Assisting project managers with daily and weekly tasks.

Who We Are: 

A hard working team of two looking to add our third team player as our company is rapidly expanding. 

We help business owners sell their companies. Our method teaches our clients to properly prepare their company for exit. We are there to help them through this major transition in their lives with professionalism and respect.

We work closely with Zoho One, Google Suite, and ClickFunnels. It is imperative that you either have experience with these platforms or can learn these programs quickly to be an asset to our team.

$18.00 - $20.00 CAD per hour depending on experience.
